Business Data Analyst II

Role & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate identifies opportunities for improvement, organizes and manages functionality of proprietary data visualization software at customer sites including ad-hoc reporting, server management, troubleshooting and instructional classes.

• Provides subject matter expertise regarding the maintenance and functionality of proprietary data visualization software at customer sites including ad-hoc reporting, server management, troubleshooting and instructional classes.
• Supports members in the data analysis process with data acquisition, preparation, and presentation.
• Maintains data server at member sites by performing maintenance and upgrade procedures on remote servers. Specifies the hardware and software required to install and use the software at member sites.
• Creates process procedures and instructional manuals for implementing and use of software at member sites.
• Researches new ways to visualize data and reporting capabilities and presents them to members. May customize member use of database systems by writing custom code.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
• Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
• Adheres to all Meridian Cooperative corporate policies and procedures.
• Travel as required.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of Data Analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau.

Preferred:

• Experience with SQL and billing functions.
