What's the job?

The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller to produce timely and accurate management information and reports to enhance decision making and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including analysis of variances to budget, forecast, and prior year
• Oversee AR/AP
• Weekly and monthly financial reporting and KPIs
• Product costing within the MRP System
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecasts
• Manage data within the MRP system including a chart of accounts, review new inventory items and BOMs setup, Vendors, Customers, etc.
• Liaise with and prepare data for external Auditors, Advisors, and Consultants
• Provide backup for Salary payroll runs
• Cash management reporting and forecasting
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

Who we're looking for?

• Recently Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance desired
• Experience working in a manufacturing company is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Enthusiastic and results orientated
