We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization including employee support, accounting functions and general office duties.
Large, growing distributor of Drug/Alcohol Testing Devices & Medical Supplies is seeking a self-motivated Phone Customer Service Rep. With over 10 years in the industry, we have serviced thousands of accounts including Hospitals, staffing agencies, drug treatment centers and much more. Ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Client care. Strong work ethic and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team.
- Manage employee records and time.
- Complete accounting duties including A/R, A/P, collections, deposits, and reporting
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks as needed, (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
Skills Required:
- MS Word
- Outlook
- Excel
- Quickbooks proficiency
- Overall strong computer skills required
- Strong ability to learn new application to support the business
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
