East Memphis law firm is seeking a Collections/Customer Service Representative. The new hire will be responsible for reviewing accounts and discussing same in a kind and compassionate manner to reach resolution.
The Collections/Customer Service Representative would have the following responsibilities:
Research each account
Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls
Speak with consumers to resolve pending matters
Work closely with team members
Solve problems quickly and create resolutions
The successful candidate would have the following skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results
Strong communication and negotiation skills
At least one year of collections experience and/or customer service experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
Must have time management skills with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
