As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers on the phone, chat, text, internet, and in person with their automotive needs. You will be expected to:
Answer incoming phone calls
Place outgoing phone calls to customers
Schedule customer appointments for our sales and service departments
Address all customer-facing service situations
Deal with customer calls requiring help, information, sales promotions
Perform tasks independently with minimal instruction and supervision
Answer internal and external emails and calls providing status updates and information regarding customer inquiries
Effectively manage customer concerns
Answer non-routine questions that require deviation from standardized procedures
Demonstrate patience, empathy and respect to all customers through every communication channel
Interact and communicate with management across all lines of the business regarding customer concerns
Assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Current, valid New Mexico Driver's License
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Previous dealership BDC experience preferred

Our Business Development Representatives are the voice of our dealerships and play an important role in the overall customer experience our customers receive.
