We are now hiring a LEAD TECHNICIAN to join our Meineke Car Care Team! Open to discussing compensation based on experience, production and skill level. We are looking for employees with a strong desire in building a career with our expanding company!

Necessary Qualifications:
• ASE Certifications/ Maintaining Certifications
• Basic Computer/Mobile Device Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Working on Foreign Cars
• Hybrid/Electric vehicle experience
Lead Technician Responsibilities:
• Work with and guide apprentice technicians
• Diagnose and teach diagnostics
• Willingness to lead and provide Constructive Criticism
• Guide techs to keep up with Shop Cleanliness
• Digital Communication with Service Writers
• Capability to Work Quickly, Efficiently, and Under Pressure
• Capability to Lift Heavy Objects
• Maintain a Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
