Area Manager for Multi-Unit Car Repair Facility (Baltimore)

Growing company is expanding operations in Baltimore / Washington. We are looking for career oriented candidates. Looking for a candidate experienced in Store Management and Store Sales with a great focus on Customer Service. The candidates must have a good personality and work great with others.
Candidates will perform the following tasks:
-Supervise Sales/Audits and procedures on multiple stores.
-Hire and train personnel.
-Plan and execute for sales growth.
-Maintain high levels of store performance.
-Deliver successful profit and loss results.
-Enforce and maintain company policies.
-Advice the group on changes at store level to improve customer service levels and financial performance.
Qualifications:
-Candidate should have at least 5 years' experience on a similar position.
-Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Mechanical experience is a plus but not required aggressive salesperson personality is preferred.
