Job DescriptionCompany Description
Lead Receptionist & Dispatcher:
- Answer all incoming calls and inquiries
- Dispatch to the appropriate service technician and/or enter into the plumbing software
- Work with Service Manager to schedule, coordinate and maintain call log, preventative maintenance schedules and estimate approvals
- Communicate with internal team members on work orders, purchase orders and customer relations
- Assist customers with any billing questions
- A/P data entry
- Insurance compliance
Service and Repair & Support::
- Administrative support for estimating and data management
- Project management set up and monitoring
- Promote company values
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
