Job Duties:Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the information systems used to execute and manage sales transactions and activities.CRM systemSAP order entry systemProprietary commission programAbility to generate and manage relevant reports from sales systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.Support the Inside, Field Sales and Marketing team throughout the sales process.Respond to incoming phone calls.Prioritize activities to provide maximum benefit to the sales team.Demonstrate positive, professional behavior toward work, colleagues, and management.Help promote a strong customer service image to our customers and other Megger products business units.Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and all levels of the organization.Identify continuous improvement opportunities associated with sales and systems processes.Complete other duties and assignments as necessary to support the organization.Qualifications:Associate... or Bachelor degree in business or related field.3 plus years of experience in a position with high volume activities.Excellent organizational skills; able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Working knowledge of SAP and/or Gold Mine is a plus.Strong computer skills; able to operate efficiently in multiple systems
