Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. The right candidate will support our reception desk and greet guests with professionalism in both appearance and behavior.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Help manage the Reception Desk
• Greet guests and notify company personnel of appointments
• Transfer calls or take thorough messages
• Stock breakroom snacks, replenish coffee machine, maintain breakroom fridge
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain supplies including paper stock
• Act as liaison between corporate office and facilities
• Maintain schedule for conference rooms
• Work closely with executive leadership
• Sent out corporate communications and reminders

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as an office manager or receptionist in a professional environment required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Ability to lead and delegate administrative tasks
• Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in English; English-Spanish bilingual a plus
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
• Current in the modern office’s technology and computer software including MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion with personal and confidential information
• Friendly and welcoming personality
