Job Description

As a part of our team, the successful applicant will need to train clients, troubleshoot hardware/software problems and connection issues, perform testing/QA, and provide internal support. This position consists of rotational shift work in 8hr shifts consisting of 9AM-5PM AST, 6AM-2PM AST or 2PM-10PM AST, with some additional paid "on-call" work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to client calls and answer the questions or solve the problems. Document all incoming calls in our CRM system.

· Demonstrate a caring and attentive attitude with clients at all times.

· Monitor our servers and solve issues if they occur. Perform server maintenance routines.

· Grow long term relationships with clients through communication and outstanding customer support.

· Provide support to internal Megamation users.

Required:

· College or University degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office.

· Good knowledge of PCs, peripherals, servers and network technologies.

· Familiarity with CRM or incident management tracking systems.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· High level of initiative, excellent problem solving skills.

· Analytical and time management skills.

Would be an asset:

· Client and team oriented work experience.

· Previous experience in a support position.

· Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices.

· Familiarity with mobile technologies such as tablets and handsets.
