Clinic operating hours:
40 hrs per week

Provides primary or specialty medical care with the cognizance or supervision of
Responsible for a regularly appointed clinic, compatible with workload and, in
addition, provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as
Shall have the capability to:
- Collect and record, in proper format, medical and social historical data
appropriate to the patient's condition.
- Perform a general physical examination.
+ Graduate from an accredited college or university certified by the Accreditation Review
Commission on Education of the Nurse Practitioner.
+ Have at least 24 months of experience as a Nurse Practitioner within the last 36 months.
+ Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a NP
+ Additionally, Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
+ Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from an American Heart Association Program
