Job Description

 

Position Summary: The Contracts Administrator will support the Counsel in a fast-paced legal department

 

Essential Responsibilities

1. Perform contract due diligence

2. Draft a wide range of corporate secretarial documents including resolutions and written consents under the direction of counsel

3. Conduct research on status information for business entities, relevant laws, regulations and legal articles

4. Develop and maintain process to administer and maintain provider contracts

5. Interface with CST Sr. Management, team members and field personnel on a variety of issues

6. Draft NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and other development documents

7. Support counsel in ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements

8. Manage communications contained on company intranet

9. Facilitation and identification of ongoing projects to improve legal services to internal and external customers

10. Implement overall stop gap solutions, integrate previously outsourced tasks, manage meetings and develop procedures for ongoing processes

11. Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, patient records, time records, and financial transactions

12. Other duties as assigned

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Minimum Education:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university OR
  • Paralegal Certification

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a corporate and/or regulatory law environment
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced office setting handling a high volume of administrative work

  • A high level of detail orientation and multi-tasking ability
  • Legal drafting
  • Exceptional customer service skills and succinct, professional communication
  • Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, exercise good judgment and solid organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
