Business Systems Analyst

One of Medix's top ranked clients is one of the largest, globally recognized manufacturing and distributing clients of engineer supplies and equipment. Based out of their Headquarter location in Northbrook, IL the team is looking to add a specialized Business Systems Analyst.

Monitors and recommends improvements to an organization's software, hardware and business systems
Works closely with executive team members, stakeholders, or clients to understand business and client requirements and implement processes to meet those needs
Communicate with team members or stakeholders through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project
Utilize the organization's Power BI analytics tool to gather data from various databases, create reports, trends and tables to forecast business patterns and provide recommendations
Utilize SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps on projects, training, and as a collaboration tool showing the organizations content management
Involvement with improving the current operations and procedures of an organization
Ability to be self motivated, driven, and take ownership of problems, projects, and initiatives
Improve training and operational procedures to increase productivity
Create and present reports to executive team, stakeholders, and clients to support recommendations
Requirements to apply:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Systems Business Analyst in an enterprise level environment
Previous experience working within Microsoft SharePoint understanding workflows, Power Automate (or MS Flow) functions, and Power Apps
Ability to communicate data trends, reports, tables to executive management teams, stakeholders, and clients using Power BI
Ability to create custom functions and reports within Power BI
Previous experience monitoring, documenting, and recommending process improvements for organizations
Experience designing, developing, and configuring new hardware, software, or improve existing processes within an organization
Experience working with Microsoft Project
Ability to work independently, self motivate, and have a strong sense of ownership
