Position: Business Systems Administrator - Salesforce

Medicom is seeking a Business Systems Administrator that will be the primary point of contact for user groups across the Company that depend on Salesforce and systems integrated with Salesforce (Ironclad, Chargebee, TaskRay, Outreach.IO, Pardot, etc.) for their daily activities. You will work directly with the systems/data, lead multiple projects, initiate process improvement projects, and manage integrations with multiple business systems. This role will include the technical design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce and its integrations to other Medicom systems.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal business systems, such as Ironclad and Chargebee.

  • Manage design, architecture, and implementation of ongoing Salesforce application integrations such as TaskRay, Pardot, CHURNZERO and Outreach.IO.

  • Collaborate with DevOps team to identify use-cases for integrating data from Medicom’s SaaS platform to Salesforce.

  • Drive CRM & Pipeline hygiene and data integrity based on best practice guidelines.

  • Documenting and communicating data standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure data is consistent, available, reliable, and accurate.

  • Author & drive improvement of analytics, dashboards, workflows and reports for internal teams.

  • Evaluate and implement tools or configurations that clean, enrich and map data from disparate sources.

  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.

  • Partner with Marketing to provide inputs to drive more successful campaigns, and provide analysis on identified trends.

  • Train new sales team members on CRM processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales and Service Platform.

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce point and click configuration.

  • 2+ year of Salesforce development experience, including integrating Salesforce with other applications using REST APIs, Apex Classes and third-party integration tools.

  • Salesforce Credentials required.

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a SalesForce Administrator working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data.

  • Strong understanding of business processes.

  • Strong Proficiency in Excel, SFDC and other business reporting software; ability to learn new software to meet evolving business needs.

  • Well-organized; able to manage multiple tasks and results at one time, and prioritize in a high-pressure often changing environment.

  • Knowledgeable in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
