Job Description

MTM is hiring a Contract Support Representative to support our Boise Idaho location.

What Will Your Job Look Like?

 The primary function of the Contract Support Representative is to contribute to the completion of MTM Operations goals by completing various ad hoc operational projects and back office functions. The Contract Support Representative will perform off-line functions that impact the contact centers and have direct impact on service levels and call volumes, as well as provide general department support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage long distance trips that may require flights, lodging accommodations or out of area transports and validating that long trips are set in the most appropriate and cost effective manner

  • Coordinate with medical facilities, care centers and physicians to determine closer medical providers and appropriate services of the same specialty and type when appropriate

  • Manage inbound calls from members to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation using MTM systems

  • Process escalated trips, in a timely manner, to prevent member/client complaints or member missed appointments

  • Screen transportation requests for plan eligibility

  • Meet job specific Key Performance Indicators and goals as established by MTM or department leadership on a monthly basis

  • Assist in day-to-day completion of various business operational duties.  Duties will vary, however some examples of, but not limited to, job functions are: faxing forms, processing returned forms, setting trips, monitoring reports and other project work as assigned

  • Coordinate tasks to ensure completion within allotted timeframe and most cost effective manner

  • Collaborate with internal departments as needed to ensure that transportation is able to be set in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide quality service to our members and help MTM achieve business and operational goals

  • Adhere to all established MTM and Employee Handbook guidelines

  • Recognize, handle and refer situations of an emergent nature

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll need:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater

  • Customer service experience

  • Required to successfully complete the customer service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material

Hourly Rate: $15
