What Will Your Job Look Like?

The Client Executive is responsible for ensuring MTM Clients and Members receive superior service. The Client Executive is a critical member of the Client Services Team, responsible for overall satisfaction and retention of the assigned book of business. This role manages the day-to-day Client relationship and is accountable for core service delivery for Clients working cross-functionally with all operational departments. The Client Executive proactively reviews performance metrics to promote Client satisfaction, profitability, and retention using technology, tools, processes and resources to anticipate and exceed Client needs and expectations. The Client Executive collaborates with Account Executives on Client activity, expectations, and service needs. The Ideal candidate for this position will able to develop and maintain relationships with Clients, while leading and developing a team.


  • Manages day to day Client relationships through comprehensive knowledge of Client protocols, both Client and MTM objectives, and operations
  • Daily interaction with Clients, providing preventative consultation, analysis and issue resolution, responding in a timely, professional manner
  • Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of annual protocol review and submission of all protocol change requests
  • Presentation of MTM operational performance metrics to Clients on a monthly and/or quarterly basis to identify operational efficiencies and show specific performance measures in comparison with MTM’s book of business to promote Client satisfaction, Client retention and upsell opportunities
  • Manage and track operational issues, service level agreements, and corrective action plans
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure MTM’s operational performance is aligned with contractual obligations and results in Client and Member satisfaction
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to manage billing and receivables for Clients and ensure overall profitability of accounts
  • Resolve Client issues
  • Educate Clients on the benefits, while promoting the utilization of low cost transportation modes such as gas mileage reimbursement, public transit, and volunteers

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years health care or transit experience
  • 1-2 years’ Medicaid/Medicare experience
  • Working knowledge of financials
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

  • 1-2 years’ Operational experience preferred
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Client Services role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with colleagues at all levels of the organization (including external contacts)
  • Ability to organize, analyze and interpret information to drive operational decision making
  • Business/Financial acumen
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong planning skills, highly organized with excellent time management skills
