As a Pharmacy Technician – Member Services, you will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for Customer Care and plan participants before the required pharmacist involvement for general questions that are clinical based. The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensuring all patient’s questions are answered in a timely manner. The Pharmacy Technician position is responsible for answering request in a timely manner as well as keeping proper detailed records regarding any participant/prescriber interaction.

Previous mail order or retail pharmacy experience highly preferred, but not required. National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred
Specific shift schedules within our business hours (7-6.30 CST) will be discussed in the Interview. The training will be 11/30 – 12/11 from 9-5.30 CST.
New hires would be expected to come in the Friday before (11/27/20) to test access. This should run a few hours (1-2 at most).
Work will be on-site.
