Urgent hiring for Customer Service Representative in Cumberland RI location
- As a MinuteClinic Patient Support Specialist, you will respond to patient inquires related to visits, treatments, and services.
- You will be responsible for answering incoming calls related to MinuteClinic visits, COVID-19 test site questions, medical records, and other general inquiries.
- You will be responsible for providing concise medical and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA compliance requirements, including but not limited to recent visits, follow up inquiries, and medical records.
- Additionally, you will work with other areas within MinuteClinic to obtain the necessary information to resolve patient concerns, insurance billing issues, and all service-related inquires while ensuring the utmost level of customer satisfaction in accordance with CVS Health's values.
1+ Year(s) of Epic or other Electonic Medical Records (EMR) experience
1+ year(s) of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center.
1+ year(s) of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Outlook in a professional or academic setting
Training is from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and typically 2 weeks. After training is completed, shifts will 1:00 PM-9:30 PM weekdays and Saturday from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
