Front office responsibilities include scheduling, collecting co-pays, answering multiple phone lines, posting payments and batching money collected. The office is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic medical records system, so computer proficiency is required. Back office responsibilities include injections, venipuncture, vitals and rooming patients. Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in current standards of clinical practice are required. Seeking an individual that is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and is able to work well with others. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
