Customer Call Center Rep

Would you like an opportunity to work for one of largest healthcare networks? We are looking for a Healthcare Call Center Rep to help streamline communication between patients and providers by triaging and directing calls.
You would be responsible for assisting management with customer service-related issues such as overseeing the feedback card release process, gathering and reviewing report data for accuracy, scheduling, organizing and creating agendas, and other support tasks within the customer service department.
Position Summary:
- Act as liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients and providers
- Triage inbound calls for multiple facilities
- Manage and maintain daily provider schedules for each facility
- Notify staff and management of any changes to provider’s contact info
- Accurately log inbound and outbound calls into database
- Perform other duties requested by management
Qualifications Needed:
- 6+ months of medical office reception experience
- High-volume call center experience preferred
- Experience with multi-line phones.
- Familiarity with an electronic practice management system is preferred.
- Medical terminology preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal direction and handle stress
- Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills
Pay Range: $17- $18.50
Location: San Antonio, CA
Schedule: M-F, 11am – 8pm
