Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling of training, creation of classes and making sure all in person live classroom operations run smoothly. The incumbent should achieve an in-depth knowledge of which end user requires which training and be able to assist our staff efficiently; this will include a deep understanding of the course catalogue and different applications. This position will be expected to develop a partnership with ODL and come up with the most effective way to use the LMS for purposes of pushing, rating and tracking training. The incumbent will need to pull compliance, performance and usage reports on a regular basis and quickly. This position will be expected to develop a deep understanding of what leadership needs in data analysis and anticipate and pioneer additional reports to serve this audience, and will need to form positive relationships with the operational and leadership community in order to understand how to best serve their needs. This position will be expected to work on professional development to continue improving and innovating for the training team.

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • EPIC Certfied.
  • Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills Minimal implementation and/or support experience desired.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Classroom teaching experience preferred but not required.
  • Healthcare experience required.
  • Knowledge of EMR systems implementations and support preferred.
