Job Description

Marathon Medical is seeking to add an experienced, Senior Customer Care pro to our team! You will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a timely manner and accurately processing orders.   • Enter sales order taken by phone, fax and email into ERP system
  • Import/Export purchase orders from EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies and adjust as necessary
  • Make follow up calls with customers when appropriate
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to our customers
  • Take on side projects when assigned and finish by deadline
  • Create reports daily and/or weekly


  • Strong phone skills (professional tone, active listening skills)
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills (must have)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Can prioritize tasks and still meet deadlines
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proven decision-making abilities
  • Ability to problem solve and make appropriate adjustments
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior CS role
  • Reliable transportation
