We are seeking a Medical Customer Intake Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Primarily insurance and patient benefit verification along with medical professional interaction to acquire the appropriate paperwork for insurance reimbursement. - Handle customer inquiries, insurance and Medical office verification and paperwork acquisition.
- Provide information about products, services, and patient DME benefits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in Medical, DME/Respiratory Care, customer service, or other medical fields required.
- Brightree DME Medical Software experience preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and Medical Offices.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
