+ Drive the client?s success with their MediaPRO engagement
+ Onboarding new clients, assuring value expectations are aligned from the start, and initial value is achieved on-time, to expectation, and in a manner that leaves an ever-lasting smile on the client?s face
+ Establishing and communicating outstanding expectations, and knowing how to deliver the appropriate message, in the appropriate manner
+ Ensuring client maintains a strong understanding of their product?s features, functions, and benefits, as well as a constant awareness of other solutions that would increase the success of their cybersecurity and privacy programs
+ Deliver a proactive engagement and communications strategy that ensures client outcomes are met and creates advocates that will evangalize on MediaPRO's behalf
+ Serve as client?s MediaPRO subject matter expert (SME) providing guidance and best practices on topics relative to MediaPRO?s areas of influence
+ Act as the client advocate and solution owner within MediaPRO if challenges arise
+ Foster a culture of Client Success by sharing customer insights, wins, and growth opportunities that inform client experience, product, and services enhancement opportunities
+ Innovate, adapt, and communicate solutions you?ve uncovered that continue to help us build the ?best in class? client success team!
+ 5+ years experience in a Customer/Client Success Manager role in a SaaS organization
+ Enterprise Account management and/or Sales experience
+ Bachelor's degree highly preferred
+ Passion for understanding the client?s outcome, and a never-ending constantly curious nature
+ A desire to be ?the? client?s products and services guru
+ Comfort communicating and presenting to C-suite levels in organizations
+ Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse client account base
+ Outstanding multi-task task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities
+ Strong communication skills (written, verbal, phone, email, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large, and mid-market enterprises
+ Excellence in active listening, especially when dealing with clients
+ Experience in conducting quarterly business reviews with Enterprise level clients
+ Comfortable creating and administering strategic client account plans
+ Experienced in uncovering growth opportunities
