Senior Graphic Designer - Art Director

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to lead and create engaging, on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including social media ads, email banners, websites, eBooks and printed materials. You will work collaboratively with writers, other designers, and account managers to craft compelling content that engages the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of creative brand trends and best practices.
• Foster a creative environment while keeping in mind the overarching business objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and contribute to creative briefs and ensure that you have everything needed to output excellent creative.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization.
• Push creativity in design while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop rationale for creative and present creative to clients in a persuasive manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years professional design experience
• Proficient in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Highly organized, process, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple simultaneous projects
