Location: Orange, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
Rate: $16.00 / hour
Large healthcare organization is looking for a few experienced Medical Call Center Customer Service Representatives. Candidates must be Bilingual, have experience working with Independent Practice Associations (IPA), high volume-call center experience and excellent customer service skills.

- Answer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Act as a liaison between members and healthcare organization
- Daily assist customers with inquiries, eligibility, referrals, billing etc.
- Provide detailed documentation of every call in computer
- Verify HIPAA requirements to ensure account accuracy
- Assist and support staff with various tasks
- Must have a minimum 2 years’ current customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
- Bilingual – English / Spanish
- Ability to handle high volume in bound calls; fast paced environment
- Must have knowledge of IPA operations in a health care setting
- Strong skills with IDX or EZCap software
- Experience with medical claims, eligibility, and referrals
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Must be a team player with a “Can-Do” attitude
