Position: Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Orange, CA
Schedule: Monday- Friday / 8:00am – 5:30pm - (schedule will vary within these hours)
Large healthcare organization that strives to exceed the expectations of their patients is looking for several bilingual Customer Services Representatives for their call center. Candidates must have excellent customer service, strong computer and multitasking skills.

*MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER / CUSTOMER SERVICE/MEMBER SERVICES EXPERIENCE*
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience working in a customer service or medical call center environment - REQUIRED
- Must have knowledge of Medicare, Medical and HMO insurances - REQUIRED
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish, Farsi, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese or Arabic - REQUIRED
- Proficient with Medical Terminology
- Computer savvy - Must be able to type 40wpm - REQUIRED
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service with attention to detail in documentation and accuracy
- Must be able to multi-task
- High School diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED
