A clinic in New York is seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.
Assignment:
Dates: Immediate - ongoing
Open to Locums - Perm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
8:30 AM-4:30 PM
possibly 2 different site locations
Setting: Outpatient
Call: None
Volume: 18-20 patients per day (there is a ramp-up period) Goal is to get up to 15 patients per day in 3-weeks
Patient Ages: All Ages (primarily adults)
Procedures: None
Cases: General Primary Care
Hypertension, Diabetes, Lipid Disorders, Heart Disease, Medicare Wellness Visits
Support Staff: 1:1 MA; Nurse on staff for vaccines
EMR/Charting: EClinicalWorks
Requirements:
Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible
Certifications: DEA
Highlights:
