MedSurvey is a medical market research company helping organizations collect and analyze quality medical market research data by conducting surveys with reliable healthcare professionals and patients.

We are looking for the right person to join our growing team as a full-time customer service professional. In this role, the individual would be responsible for communicating (over the phone) with a variety of medical professionals, healthcare executives, and patients regarding paid research opportunities. This is NOT telemarketing and does not involve any sales.
