MedSpaLaunch in Roselle is looking for an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone with a fun, friendly attitude, and optimistic energy. Hours will range from 20-30+ hours per week and are VERY flexible in terms of days and time of the day. Pay starts at $12/hr with quick potential options for growth and commissions. Previous experience with customer service, sales, project management, administrative organization, and/or office duties are a plus, but not necessary. You will be led by a team member to quick learn and assisted each step of the way.


Making follow up calls with clients

Developing a good professional relationship with clients

Providing information to clients

Researching information for certain projects (will be trained on this)

Social media posts and management

Creative planning

Onsite MedSpa setup assistance (possibility of traveling to different states)
