Currently, we are looking for entry-level employees who will start as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who provide the initial customer interface for the company.The primary functions include booking moving jobs and scheduling estimates, assisting our Move Coordinators as they call in during the day with additional customer information, responding to customer questions and requests, data entry and additional clerical duties. This is a service position, compensated by a base hourly rate which depends on experience. Meathead is absolutely the best in the industry, and a large part of your job will be educating our clients about that, since often times they are searching blindly for a moving company. The right person will be passionate about providing five star customer service and, more importantly, helping save clients from the horrible moving experience that's all too common in the industry.
Because of the specialized nature of sales communications, you must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. You must possess at least a high school education and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. In addition to these basic skills, the successful candidate will exhibit a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. The CSR must be able to communicate in a cordial, upbeat manner in order to establish rapport and trust with customers. Every employee must abide by our Service Pillars, which represent the code of conduct for how we are to treat our customers at all times, and what we should be measured up to. This includes but is not limited to: having a positive and friendly attitude, being customer-focused, and being accountable for your actions.
