MeBe is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy customer focused Sales Coordinator . As a Sales Coordinator, you'll help clients navigate their first few weeks as a MeBe client; everything from discussing what services they need and when they need them, to navigating the insurance and authorization scene, and the assignment of their clinical team. You will serve as the face of MeBe, and we're looking to hire those who can make an awesome first impression on every individual who comes in contact with our agency. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our brand thru prospecting and driving revenue through key partnerships. The ideal Client Services Coordinator is passionate about service, enjoys working one-on-one with clients and thrives in a sales environment. What You'll Be Doing:
Answer all incoming phone calls, emails, follow up on leads & referrals, and handle client inquiries & concerns.
Works directly with CRM software to input and track all prospective and new clients.
Work closely with local agency Clinical Directors to meet agency specific needs.
Ensure a positive and high-quality client experience throughout the prospective and onboarding process.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Heavy emphasis on sales ability, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Grow sales by offering new MeBe clients additional services.
Build lasting relationships with clients.
Give the best service to our clients on their terms which may require all employees to be flexible and open to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into.
The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs
Other duties, as assigned.
Must be able to work a rotating schedule. 5:00am to 2:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Prior experience in sales or related customer-facing field
Experience with commission-based compensation packages a plus
Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers
Insurance and authorizations experience highly preferred
Working knowledge of ABA, Speech or OT a plus
Familiarity with Central Reach, G Suite a plus
Familiarity with Sales Force a plus
Familiarity with MAC environment preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
$20 to $25 per hour. Quarterly Bonus opportunity for meeting sales qoutas
