Office Manager/Paralegal

Job Description

 As Office Manager you will manage daily operations of law firm, manage new case referrals solve administrative and human resource issues. Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing a plus.

As Paralegal you will draft complaints, demand letters, review claim files, organize and upload documents to our case management system; and other litigation practice support. [We will train you, but this position requires great attention to detail and ability to multi task]

Please apply if you possess the following:

-Minimum 1-2 years' experience supporting litigation attorneys;
-Ability to work in a quick-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work product;
-A desire to support our attorneys and other staff;
-Professional office and phone etiquette and compassion for our clients;
-Correct and detailed written communications, and excellent proof reading skills;
-Flexibility with projects and a willingness to jump in and help co-workers when needed;
-High proficiency with Office/Word, Adobe/PDF, copiers, scanners and law practice management software [We can train you on our system]; and

Competitive Salary depending on qualifications and experience, 401k and PTO.
