Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Manage transaction files
-Setting up property showings
-Assist with preparing a property for sale
-Coordinate/meet contractors, inspectors, & other various vendors at properties
-Client database management
-Various marketing tasks
-Coordinate showing requests
-Assist with various ad-hoc tasks/projects depending on needs of office
