We are a private accounting firm with 300+ clients. The Administrative Assistant will be working closely with the owner to provide quality customer service to each and every one of her clients. This position holds a lot of opportunity for the right candidate.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
• Answer phones and greet clients
• Assemble and ensure the timely delivery of tax returns
• Scan client’s documents to digital filing system
• Maintain a tracking list with the current status of all tax returns
• Maintain schedules and arrange meetings
• Assist with ad hoc projects, as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• Ability to provide excellent client service
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work with confidential information and use discretion in daily activities
This position is 30-40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime during tax season.
