McLoone's Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef for one of our Monmouth County locations to join our team! Seeking someone with an enthusiastic attitude that will continue to create a positive culture in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant. We strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable dining experience in a lively atmosphere, 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Embody a positive culture in the back of the house work environment
- Assist in scheduling employees
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service with proper food handling procedures
- 3 years of successful line cook experience required.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to details
