Senior Associate USON AP Analyst-4

The Senior AP Analyst for USON will partner with our outsourcing provider to resolve complex escalations, train newly onboarded outsourcing provider resources that support USON AP, and review work completed by outsourcing provider such as invoices entered into the systems. Additionally, the AP Associate will perform customer service responsibilities by providing quality customer service through SalesForce, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations. Providing support on ad hoc AP activities such as maintaining support in OneDrive and researching and analyzing all Statements for US Oncology business units in ImageNow, is expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Genpact resources
  • Work with Genpact regularly to manage Level II escalations that Genpact cannot resolve
  • Conduct initial and reoccurring trainings for Genpact resources supporting Corporate AP
  • Participate in regular Genpact team meetings
  • Manage Oncology network inquiries
  • Work with customer to manage and resolve AP inquiries that do not require PHI access
  • Remediate queue management for Oncology Network inquiries
  • Provide systems support for Oncology Network inquiries
  • Perform ad hoc AP activities
  • Support Corporate AP to execute process improvements or cost reduction initiatives, such as RPA, changes to Corp AP strategy or policy, or process effectiveness
  • Provide SMR support on certain subjects and assist team members with ad hoc requests
  • Provide SMR support to additional stakeholders outside of Corporate AP
  • Support process improvement and projects
  • Provide support to McKesson process improvement projects, such as transition from PeopleSoft and improvements to ImageNow process workflows
  • Work with stakeholders within and outside of Corporate AP to carry out special projects and process improvements

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent years' experience
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, process improvement, and project management experience

  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with strong attention to details.
