Point of contact for customer queries and resolution. Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations and seamless turnaround in problem resolution are maintained and customer claims, product orders and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. May answer questions and provide prompt information related to potential concerns. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience with proven customer satisfaction results as well as the ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues with quality in mind. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, has excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge/Skills: MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Organized and detail-oriented, Initiative, Teamwork, Positive Attitude, Excellent attendance record, Strong schedule adherence, Multi-tasking abilities, High levels of engagement, Time management skills, Pharmacy Tech experience preferred, Bilingual differential for fluent Spanish speaking individuals
