Job Description

I have titled this job as "operations manager" for a property management company that specializes in residential rentals. I am looking for someone who can take that traditional job of operations manager and mesh it into more of a "performance coach" for our team as well as the traditional duties of an operations manager.

Job description: take 5 departments (repairs, director of first impressions, HOA, renewals, applications) and continue to nudge them to better performance. Work on streamlining these 5 departments to continue the enhancement of our client's experience. Handle any insurance claims that come into our repair department ie: sewer leak, toilet from upstairs leaking into our unit, etc. Supervise the eviction process to make sure important serving dates are met. This position needs to be filled by someone who has "people" skills not only over the phone but amongst team members. This is a position that needs someone who is extremely organized and efficient. Dependability is an absolute must.
