A high-end growing retail organization is seeking a Routing Coordinator to join their team to improve and increase the efficiency of scheduling with customers. Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to schedule appointments with a representative from the organization
  • Manage email and phone inquiries to meet and exceed customers and partners scheduling needs
  • Escalate all issues to Team Lead to collaborate on best possible solution
  • Consistently demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude
  • Take on additional projects as needed in the department

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and SalesForce
  • Prior experience in a sales environment preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
