HR Office Administrator - Temp-to-hire

The McIntyre Group is seeking a full-time HR Office Administrator to join a growing and reputable company in the Greater Danbury area. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. This role requires an individual who can collaborate with and support the HR team. This individual will be juggling regular tasks as well as occasional special creative projects and event planning. Responsibilities of HR Office Administrator:

  • Actively coordinate Outlook calendars for multiple employees on the HR team

  • Book travel arrangements (mostly domestic, but international experience a plus)

  • Updating reports in Excel as well as HRIS program

  • Plan and execute company wide events, liaise with vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts

  • Assist with administrative projects as assigned

Requirements of HR Office Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Proactive personality with strong attention to detail
