Sales Customer Service Representative

We are a small casual office in the Disinfection Industry looking to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.
Will train the right person, salary depends on experience. We offer medical, dental, vision and PTO – 15 days a year and 7 paid holidays. Hours are 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Making outbound calls/receiving inbound calls, effective planning to conduct sales communications with a prescribed number of potential and existing customers on a daily basis in the medical, industrial and retail industries.
• Various customer service functions including, responding to customer inquiries, emailing and answering questions.
• Preparing quotes and writing up Sales Orders
• Coordinating with customers/following up on leads
• Generate and develop non-member business accounts to increase revenue, through cold calling.
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts through provided CRM System with daily calls and activities.

Requirements:
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel
• Sales Background a strong plus.
• Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Motivated, self-starter, quick learner
