McFarlin Stanford is recruiting an Office Administrator for one of their landscape clients in the North Shore area. The Office Administrator position is responsible for a variety of duties that support their small business operations.
The right candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working in a small company office. Duties include assisting with all HR administration including payroll support, compliance, employee orientation, and managing employee related documents. The position is also responsible for some bookkeeping duties, client documentation, using MS Excel to track budgets, assist with client billing inquiries and general customer support. Candidates must be good at using software and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel. Experience with Aspire software is preferred but not required. The Office Administrator will be in charge of assigned special projects to be completed for the office. The qualified candidate will need to have a great attitude, good problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and put a high value on customer service.
