Our client, a Chicago-based private market investment firm with a focus in the cannabis industry, is actively seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of corporate transactions and finance experience to join its dynamic and growing team. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting with finance transactions, maintaining corporate documents, uploading and managing documents, and managing closing processes. Target candidates will have experience working on financing transactions and handling various corporate and financing documents such as UCCs, bylaws, credit agreements, security agreements, and resolutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a paralegal to join a collegial team at an entrepreneurial Chicago company!
