We are searching for an ambitious VP of Operations to take full responsibility for leading and managing all construction operations within the organization.

You will be joining a leading Commercial Roofing contractor who have experienced exponential growth over the past 5 years, increasing revenue from $10m to $28m, and their staff count from 32 to 59.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a VP of Operations position
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the commercial roofing industry
• Personable with an ability to establish and maintain strong lasting relationships
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries at the same time, ensuring company and client expectations are met
• Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team
