McAlister Transportation is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1933. McAlister is looking for local Hazmat drivers. McAlister driver positions include direct to locomotive fueling in rail yards. Candidates must be able to safely operate a straight tank truck on highways and various other roads, in all weather conditions.

We are seeking a qualified Hazmat Fuel Truck Driver in our Galesburg, IL location. Typical shifts are 12 hours on a rotating schedule with overtime rate for weekly hours over 40. We currently have an opening on night shift.

Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• At least 21 years of age
• Basic knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• Verifiable driving experience with acceptable motor vehicle report
• Must be able to pass all criminal background checks and pre-employment screenings
• Basic computer skills
• HS Diploma or GED
