JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Army Budget Office requires a Project Management (PM) professional to support the development and integration of numerous project plans needed to ensure that complex change management efforts stay on track while balancing the primary requirements of appropriation sponsorship, budget build, justification, and execution. The emerging projects/change management efforts include (but are not limited to): Resource Management On-line Consolidation and Functional Development of Business Processes in support of an end-to-end standardized business process; Stand-up and development of an HQDA Army Reimbursable Service Rate Board; Development of the next generation General Fund Enterprise Business System; Migration of the P&R Forms software tool into the cloud and integration into the PPBE Information Environment.

Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:
•Primary POC between change management projects and Senior Executives and General Officers.
•Coordinate weekly briefing slide updates for change management projects.
•Coordinate monthly briefing slides for each change management project.
•Receive and accurately distribute tasks and expectations to individual projects as necessary.
•Track due outs from senior-level engagements.
•Brief weekly highlights from the individual projects.
•Administrative tasks in General Officer and Senior Executives' front office.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Advanced degree in management, accounting, economics, or finance with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience with no degree; and experience in one of the functional areas or related disciplines included in the description of functional expertise.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•Must have experience working with and briefing senior-level executives
•Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel, understanding formulas, pivot tables, and non-micro / macro level support
•Ability to create and present Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
•Experience providing excellent customer support via email, audio, and in-person interactions

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 is currently suspended under an injunction pending further litigation. Once the litigation concludes, Candidates may be required to be vaccinated to be
