We are looking for Analyst // Sr Analyst Business System Development at Remote for full time role.

Location: Preference to candidates who are able to come onsite. But we ARE open to remote workers in this role.

Job Description

  • Lead and/or oversee collaboration with business partners in developing requirements for technical solutions that enable to meet business objectives
  • Provide support and governance for Releases
  • For assigned projects
  • Lead Organization Readiness/Change Management
  • Develop and implementation of appropriate change controls to align with governance and prioritization routines
  • Lead or participate in joint application design sessions to ensure deliverables are efficient, reliable, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Developers and IT partners to
  • Prioritize application defects - enhancements for release
  • Provide recommendations regarding solutions/fixes and enhancements
  • Develop and manage communications to stakeholders during- scheduled deployments
  • Facilitate user access reviews and annual Enterprise Access Certification validation
  • Develop and/or review test plans including capacity plans that may include business resources for test case execution, test case volume estimates, and timeline estimates
  • Identify areas of risk and potential systematic controls
  • Manage administrative duties as required: Performance Management, Time Reporting, PTO, IDP/training plans, etc
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Adverse Action, Policy Review and Decisioning Rule coding/programming, Data Warehouse/Information Warehouse, and cloud data storage a plus
  • Work collaboratively with all Stakeholders, Value Streams and Global partners
  • Experience in reading and/or querying SAS, SQL, Oracle, SMSS, Python, R, and/or Power BI
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a highly complex matrix environment, including external vendors
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated experience - working knowledge of web-based applications desired but not required.
  • Experience in financial services or related industry preferred
  • Experienced in facilitating project teams, Project Management/Business Analyst Certification (or equivalent work experience) highly preferred
  • Business experience preferred
  • Experience with governance process and procedures
