MaxorPlus is seeking a Director of Account Management to join our dynamic, growing operations team.







Position:



The Director of Account Managment is responsible for leading the account management team to build and expand relationships with existing clients. The Director develops strategy for the retention and growth of clients. Ensures the account management team delivers quality service. May also be responsible for managing key/strategic accounts.

The Maxor team brings robust experience, diverse perspectives and passion from a nationwide team of 800+ professionals located in more than half of the US states.







+ Supervise MaxorPlus Account Managers, Account Executives and Department therein.



+ Ensure proper policies and procedures are in place and enforced.



+ Facilitate the profitable renewal of existing clients, including setting strategy, selling additional products and services, negotiating externally with consultants and clients, and negotiating internally with operational resources.



+ Assist with the preparation and presentation of benefit management performance analysis and forecast for each client on an annual basis.



+ Ensure customer service is provided at all times by coaching staff to develop necessary skills and providing appropriate training resources and opportunities.



+ Work closely with Marketing to increase grogram revenue, discuss client satisfaction, review contract renewals and strategies



+ Ensure staff development by identifying beneficial and applicable seminars and CEU opportunities.



+ Ensure staff is informed of product upgrades or enhancements in a timely manner.



+ Hire and train competent staff.



+ Develop and mentor staff by providing career coaching: Motivate staff individually and as a group; understand and support diversity; and establish an effective team.



+ Conduct initial and annual performance evaluations



+ Promote teamwork; discipline staff when warranted.



+ Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.



+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.



+ Manage employees in remote locations.



+ Aid in supporting key sales initiatives in order to support growth.







Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree







Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in an increasingly responsible capacity including management and supervision, preferably in a pharmacy management benefit or other high level healthcare setting







Skill Set:





+ Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills



+ Strong listening, negotiating, analytical and delegation skills



+ Ability to manage sensitive material confidentially



+ Knowledge of pharmacy benefit operations and issues



+ Knowledge of managed health care marketplace and industry trends.



+ Demonstrated ability to meet company goals



+ Strategic planning, budget development and oversight



+ Public relations and management of meetings skills



+ Ability to work well with others



+ Demonstrated staff supervision and leadership experience
